Welcome to Varni Jewels INC. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. As a wholesale provider, these terms are designed to ensure a transparent and professional relationship between Varni Jewels INC ("the Company") and our business partners ("the Client").
1. General Wholesale Policy
All accounts must be registered and approved by Varni Jewels INC before orders can be placed. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and production:
All sales are final. * We do not offer "buy-back" programs, exchanges for slow-moving stock, or refunds for change of mind.
Exceptions: Returns or exchanges are only permitted in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or through the specific terms outlined in our PAYS Program.
3. PAYS Program
Participation in the PAYS program is subject to specific contractual agreements. Terms regarding returns, exchanges, or credits within the PAYS program supersede the "Final Sale" policy only where explicitly stated in your PAYS program agreement.
4. Returns & Defective Merchandise
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must follow the mandatory return procedure:
RMA Requirement: No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact our support team to request an RMA before shipping any product. Packages received without a visible RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Timeframe: Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Shipping & Insurance: The Client is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must be fully insured for the full wholesale value of the contents. Varni Jewels INC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Limitation of Liability
Varni Jewels INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in shipping. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a credit toward future purchases as determined by our quality control team.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, NJ.
