Return & Refund Policy
At Varni Jewels INC, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our wholesale jewelry. Because we operate as a high-volume manufacturing facility, we maintain a strict return policy to keep our wholesale pricing competitive.
1. Final Sale Policy
All wholesale orders placed through Varni Jewels INC are considered Final Sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," unsold retail inventory, or aesthetic preferences after the order has been processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are strictly limited to the following two circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a structural or material defect originating from our factory.
PAYS Program Members: Clients currently enrolled in the PAYS Program may be eligible for returns or exchanges as defined by their specific program agreement.
3. Mandatory Return Procedure (RMA)
If you believe you have received a defective item, you must follow these steps. Failure to do so will result in the package being refused at our facility.
Request an RMA: Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may be asked to provide clear photos of the defect.
Mark the Package: The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return shipping box.
Required Documentation: Include a copy of your original invoice and the signed RMA form inside the package.
4. Shipping and Insurance Requirements
The Client is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods to our factory.
Full Insurance Required: Returns must be shipped via a carrier that provides tracking and must be insured for the full wholesale value of the items.
Liability: Varni Jewels INC is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. If a return arrives damaged due to poor packaging or carrier mishandling, the return will be voided.
5. Factory Return Address

6. Inspection and Processing
Upon receipt at our Metuchen factory, our quality control team will inspect the item:
Defect Confirmed: We will, at our discretion, either repair the item, issue a replacement, or provide a store credit.
No Defect Found: If the item is found to be in standard condition or damaged by the jeweler/end-customer after delivery, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
