
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy: Varni Jewels INC
1. Processing and Lead Times
In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship inventory are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-Order/Custom Items: As a manufacturing facility, custom wholesale orders or out-of-stock items may require a lead time of 2–6 weeks depending on the type of item. You will be provided with an estimated ship date upon order confirmation. If for any reason your item cannot be made you will be notified and refunded.
Business Hours: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Carrier Options: We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail.
Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or invoiced separately for bulk freight) based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
Expedited Shipping: Overnight or 2-day shipping is available at an additional cost to the Client. Please note that choosing expedited shipping does not shorten the manufacturing lead time.
3. Insurance and High-Value Shipments
Mandatory Insurance: Due to the high value of jewelry products, all outbound shipments are fully insured by Varni Jewels INC or our designated carrier. The cost of this insurance is included in the shipping and handling fees.
Signature Required: For security purposes, all wholesale deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. We cannot waive the signature requirement for high-value parcels.
4. Delivery Issues and Damage
Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
Inspection upon Arrival: Clients must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If a package appears tampered with or damaged, please take photos before opening and notify the carrier and Varni Jewels INC within 24 hours.
Address Accuracy: Varni Jewels INC is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the Client. Any "Return to Sender" fees will be billed to the Client.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Duties and Taxes: The Client is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import brokerage fees. These are not included in our shipping rates.
